Thanks! Sorry, I probably mixed up the steps or the order of the bases! Pico Armor are 1/600 scale or 3mm and there is a very complete range available from Odzial Ozmy in Poland, I purchase mine from Pico Armor here in the US: https://www.picoarmor.com/
They are ridiculously detailed for being half the size of Micro Armor and they have ACW and Napoleonics too. I whip them out pretty fast with a lot of dry brushing and army painter wash at the end to pick out the details. Check out how Bish does his bases, looks like fewer steps and a really nice effect!
