Ok so after another severe case of real life I finally have some more hobby time.
High time to start a new solo campaign and what better way to do that than with some newly painted figures.
Piccie or it didn’t happen…

Thanks for looking.
Cheers,
Stroezie.
This will be great 🙂

Nifty! Does the black one form The Head?
But really, they look cool. Do you also have them done in operational colors? I love the GZG Dog series, have loads of them but haven’t gotten them all painted up yet.
"I saw this in a cartoon once, but I'm pretty sure I can do it..."
I forgot to ask, what rules are you planning on using? I’m always curious to try new things with stompy robots in them 🙂

This is a though one for me , for campaigns I usually use a mismash of parts of various rule sets.
For the camaign, Squadron Forward from TwoFatLardies for the individual characters and for the eb and flow of the overall conflict I use the campaign rules from Two Hour Wargames.
The scenarios are played using the PEF rules from THW combined with the mechanics and force builder of Gruntz.
I’m also thinking of getting the special opps expantion for Gruntz for the hacking rules and because I’ve been told they tend to be better for playing a small group of specialists vs a big group of mooks.
That being said THW’s No Quarter mecha rules seem tempting too…
Cool, I can see the wisdom in mixing different rules, I tend to house-rule alot when making campaigns. Maybe I should start mixing too..
I like the solo playability of the THW games, even though they tend to be very heavy on charts and tables, I guess a QRS might solve that though.
I like Gruntz in general, the special ops rules add a lot of neat stuff, so that might be great for this!
