We’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and we’ve finally got around to adding an option on the website for tracked/signed-for deliveries. Our current shipping rates don’t normally allow for this, but for customers that would prefer the peace of mind of tracking and a signature, for an additional cost (£1.25 UK/£5.00 overseas plus VAT if applicable) you can select a Signed For service (either First Class Signed For in the UK or International Tracked & Signed overseas).
Right, now back to some proper work…

great idea this should be on every site for all things. I hate buying something having it get lost and then being told that they didnt think id want to pay for the tracking.. every time. its worth 2-5 bucks to know where the 50-100 bucks worth of stuff i sent ended up. Plus it protects you guys.
i do personaly not like signing for packages though, its too bad they dont offer just a tracked service. Im never home to sign so it can add a day or two to the pick up time- however i would rather that than have nothing ever arrive!
i hope that this catches on!

In the UK, it is the responsibility of the seller to make sure you get the goods, if the buyer did not pay for tracking, it makes no odds, the seller has to refund or re-send.

Yes. I’m not sure why I should pay for the vendor’s protection.
There is a well known US figure seller (not an advertiser here) who clearly says on his site he won’t be held responsible for the postal service losing your figures. I don’t know what the US position is but that isn’t legal in the UK.
I don’t and won’t buy from him.
