Models from Thingiverse aren’t usually designed for 3D printing so keep that in mind. Although if the model was small and you scale it up significantly it could work.
A long time ago I did some simplified B5 ships to play Earth Civil War but the project stalled. Print quality was hit and miss, first patch (painted) were pretty good, second batch weren’t so much.
