I wasn’t hopeful when the 8rads were dueling with M8 and took first casualty, but the Germans did really well. Kept pushing into town. Pinning US 2nd plt still in their halftrack was even better. Did you think US had a chance after 2nd plt got pinned? Felt like once that happened victory was assured, SPG or not.
