We used magister militum in the first book, sadly i couldn’t quite twist the arm of the owner to let us use enough (i was much younger, poorer and required the models up front really, although the book did well and undoubtedly bought him a short fall of income afterwards i don’t think he really considered it a valuable investment). We did however manage to get lots of cool pics.
I haven’t bought from the other manafacturers, and would love to, may do that indeed in the future once we have the income from the first book.
Do you have any pics of your models? I do love those khurasan and the walking with dinosaur themed ones from qrf to. They’re quaint.
i must admit that opening up the process to using toy dinosaurs has enabled us to access a MASSIVE catalogue of existing and previous toys, most of which are on par with the detailing and quality of white metal. I won’t be encouraging anyone to change their existing collection but the toys work very well for convention games, a 15 inch sauropod really catches your eye for sure.
