Most of my 15mm scale terrain is papercraft. My 3mm scale sci fi is 50-50, but inclining towards more handmade, although I also have a nice set of terrain hexes that are printed and I’m slowly working through painting them.  My 3mm scale fantasy however is currently all 3D printed, which I’m now painting.
