I lack the imagination, skills or patience to make my own terrain.

The only exception is that I have been trying to make a couple of pieces of coastline, but my lack of progress only serves to confirm my instinct that terrain making is not something I’m ever likely to enjoy or be good at.

So I’m very happy buying terrain from all the great people who do have the skill and imagination to make and sell realistic small-scale terrain.
