Bill, I know you are sorted now, but just as an aside, ordered recently from SF and used 48 tracked.

I did get an e-mail to say dispatched, but it did not include a track number and Royal Mail did not e-mail me to say they were going to deliver.

My understanding is that the 48 is not a ‘48 hours’ service, but rather is something akin to 2nd class, that can take 2 – 4 days to arrive, but does have end to end tracking.
