That’s really interesting – this is all a bit before my time, but I had assumed that it was published somewhat later, so I looked it up and it is quite an interesting story: had no idea that Gary Gygax had been involved! I was only very dimly aware of its existence and had it down as a US set which hadn’t much penetration into the UK, like Morschauer or CLS or Chainmail or somesuch. How would small print run games like that have reached the UK in the early 70s?
