I find contoured step Hills offputting, so instead I either make gentle curved single level hills, or else the full on fantasy/SF Craggy things (the type that work either way up, if you know the sort of thing I mean – flat topped and craggy sides, carved out of the thick cladding panel foam.)

They are one of those things, along with rivers, that I am never really happy with though.
