McPhee didn’t design the files for the ‘Barons War’ rule book , his are named for the historical conflict.

 

As for some house rules to scale skirmish rules up to big battles or keep at low level using the same system, I’m not a fan of the idea. The manner in which troops behaved in a skirmish was different to how they acted in set piece battles.
