Haven’t yet cancelled a game due to heat but it has been hot as Hades in northeastern US. My wife and I attended an outdoor barbecue on July 4th. we were outdoors but in the shade for hours, temp about 100F, a tad under 38C, and muggy as all get out. We were both wiped out the next day, just hung out in AC.

 

Got a Russo-Turkish 1855 battle on tap for Saturday, hope the power stays on.

Driving up from our North Carolina beach vacation in June, we drove through the part of southern New Jersey that burned a couple years back, all stunted, bare black trees. That never used to happen here. And I’ve lived here a long, long time.

 

Hope you guys over there get a cold front.
