What are you looking for specifically?  I don’t do 28mm, but I’ve gotten pretty big into 15mm.

For US Army and SEALs, I like Battlefront.

For USMC and ARVN, I like Flashpoint Minuatures.

For NVA and VC, I like Peter Pig.
