Hotz is unreliable and you can find plenty of on line complaints of customers that have waited months or years for him to deliver what they’ve ordered.

I prefer textured/flocked mats and the best I’ve ever owned was from The Terrain Guy, but he closed down a while ago.  Unfortunately, I just discovered last week that my green mat from him was ruined by poor storage.

Cigar Box are nice looking, they are fabric and printed.  A friend loves them and I do like playing games on them.  I am not into have treetops printed onto the mats, which some of the Cigar Box have.  Bonus is that you can wash them if they get spilled on.

Another friend does lovely work with teddy bear fur fabric.  It requires a little bit of work, but the end result is a beautiful table cover.
