I don’t think there’s anything in plastic, assuming you mean hard plastic and not the Reaper Bones sort (which range I haven’t checked), and assuming you mean human-sized which obviously disqualifies Sigmarines (unless you want your paladin to be really, really heroic scale).

I checked the Mantic Games Basilean range but the paladin-types aren’t plastic. I also checked Fireforge which has been moving into the plastic fantasy humans market lately but they have no fantasy knight/paladin types on foot, at least not yet.

As for non-plastic figures, what kind of aesthetic and sculpting style are you looking for, and what standard of “28mm” (heroic or true)? Sorry to nitpick, I’m just not sure whether I should be suggesting something like the Frostgrave range (fairly true 28mm and a fairly classic, balanced aesthetic), or something like the Reaper range (much bigger and more “stylish”, for better or worse), or something else.
