I agree with the +/-3 it slows things down. Unless your intention was to have lower stats characters not able to score a ’20’ on any roll.So dice are only Used to record stats? No other use? Might be pone to acidents and I also sgree that this would make it only suitable for a one shot since the stats can’t be recorded.
