Re the Canadian Section LMG – yes, it was the C2/C2A1, which was indeed the heavy-barrelled and bipoded version of the FN FAL. We had a whole thread on this some years ago, complete with links, photos, discussions of webbing, etc! 🙂
Company Weapons Platoons also had tripod-mounted Browning .30s, re-bored to 7.62mm, as well as 60mm mortars, so you’d need to do those as well. A couple of tripods were also carried to dismount a couple of .50s from the M113s (2 per company, iirc?).
The Canadians never received the M125 mortar carriers they wanted, so their battalion mortars had to fight dismounted and would therefore be another essential model for the Canadians.
