Yes, Jack, the great white north gets hot weather too and my Inuit neighbours despair as they watch their igloos melt away! It’s been hovering around 31-32 degrees C for days now which is pushing 90 degrees F. Montreal is an island so that means high humidity and thus really uncomfortable conditions. Yes it’s not the triple digits of the dry US Southwest but it’s hot enough and I’m too cheap to buy air-conditioning for just two or three months of the year. I freely admit that Texas is hotter and has bigger everything, but it’s F’n hot here!
