The “Warmachine” line seems to have a suitable set of arcane elven mecha that could stand some modding for use as larger Titan types.
Also the 15mm mecha I had in mind are the Tavshar Archons from Loud Ninja Games – with Alternative Armies and their affiliates changing hands in so many permutations I’m not sure how to get them at the moment.
