It would be good to have some of the most basic information about the design, such as the scales. If the counters do indeed represent platoons, then are AFVs represented as platoons, or individually? And won’t there be rather a lot of leader counters? The ground scale one might guess as 50m or 100m a hex, and perhaps 5 or 10 minutes a turn, but it would be good to know. Mr. Picky also wants to know why all the US infantry appear to be left-handed. All the best, John.

I quote from the web:

“The scale is set to represent a platoon and these units are equal to a group of between 30 and 40 servicemen. The weapons markers do represent groups of 3-4 of such type of weapons and their servants, which vary between 20 to 25 soldiers. The AFVs and Transports markers do represent groups of 3 to 5 vehicles with their crewmembers.

Each hexagon on the map depicts an area of approximately 150 to 200 meters (165 to 220 yards).

Gameplay is based in turns that roughly represent between 12 to 15 minutes of action.”

About the Leaders… I think there is about a leader counter for every 3-4 sections ingame, officers are at company level.

I hope you find this info useful.
