For me the Trojan War is a tad early to be truly part of the Sea Peoples’ migrations but is part of the endemic warfare that weakened the major powers to the point that the migrations could take place.
Depends where, exactly, you are comfortable drawing the boundary lines, I guess.
Did World War 2 start with the Japanese invasion of China, The Spanish Civil War, the German and Russian invasion of Poland, the declarations of War on Germany by Britain and France, etc., etc.? one can make arguments for all of these and more. The Sea Peoples are much longer and farther away and so even harder to pin down chronologically!
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is entirely optional!
