The boxes don’t mention any scale but below are some photos of one of thm next to some 1/72 esci and a 28mm Warzone figure. I’m not that great with scales but I think they might be a bit small for 28mm (Though I don’t have any 28mm modern figures so don’t know if the warzone ones are big\small etc)
