Arrangements have been made for Edward to meet Lord Darcy, in what Edward hopes will see Lord darcy fall in under his banner.
How does that go?
Another chapter in the Piggy Longton saga as England in early 1472 looks to be getting drawn ever closer to civil war.
There is a post up on the blog that describes the meeting and its outcome!

Exciting stuff, Norm. I am left in anticipation, like when you’re waiting for the next episode of good show to drop. What sort of decisions are you leaving to the dice? Perhaps how successful Stephen is in his mission?

I see three areas for potential narrative decision points,
1. Yes, will Stephen get his message to the king – 2 aspects, the journey and then the London bit.
2. Will Somerset arrive in time – what will he send …… if anything!
3. What will Edward do? Will this start as a Piggy Longton affair (local) or will Edward, who is operating on the National stage do something else?
A couple of very adverse outcomes could spell great danger for Darcy – he knows that he is vulnerable.
Riveted and awaiting the next installment!
