Wow, those turned out great. I might be buying some of those myself. I especially like the rooves. Did you prime the whole thing black first?

Thanks OldBen1, and yes, the stone buildings were undercoated black, but the thatched buildings were undercoated in brown which I find is better for both the thatch and the wattle and daub
