    I’ve pics of various manufacturers French and Indian Wars stuff on my blog.  It’s all based for Rebels and Patriots and so will work for Muskets and Tomahawks too.  It might be of use to you if you get caught up in the current FIW rising tide of enthusiasm.

    I got the last jar in the shop Vincent!

    I find with tartan that the undiluted ink wash does a lot of the work.  That and in 15mm you are looking to create an impression rather than faithfully replicate the pattern.
