    This is my first post on this blog, so first of all I’d like to say hello to everyone,  and also say thank you to Michael Stockin who invited me along.

    Today I finished an obscure unit to compliment my 1800 period Marengo project. This was a 15mm Piedmontese battalion, who were allied to the Austrain – even though they achieved very little. The figures are 15mm Old Glory Saxons as there are no exact figures suitable for Piedmontese.

    They look very smart Colin, I like the Piedmont Standard too.
