15mm Old Glory Young Guard Question

So I got around to painting some Young Guard figures from 19th Century Miniatures’s Old Glory 15mm Napoleonic line.

I prime black, dry brush white, then paint. It makes details easier for me to see. Just my style.

Here is the question:

Are some of them barefoot or close to barefoot? Cause some look like their feet are bare but wrapped. Anyone know?
