I completed it, however apparently anyone over 60 years old does not do wargaming? as the age choice only went up to 60.ย I plainly do not fit into their target audience? ๐
I noticed that 3×5 foot tables were not an option. I wonder if there are table sizes that are more common in particular countries ๐

It may have been the device you were using. There are/were options for 60-70, 70-80 and over 80 — but you had to scroll to see them.

I noticed that too: there was nothing between 6×4 and something much smaller.
However, the questionnaire is so much better than it was in the first couple of years the survey was run when there were all sorts of questions that were hard to answer because what you wanted to answer wasn’t listed.
