That is very nicely done as is the base, the base makes me think of a tank wheel!
    Is it 2 coins?

    No… just a single coin.

Euro 2c coin has the groove around it.

    It’ll pass…     Great painting Piers!

Though, the shoulder boards are interesting.  I had thought that the SS had stopped putting those on when they went to this camo, even though it was mostly made into M43 style jackets, etc.  I know I’ve seen pix with the them, and even awards and cuff sigs put on, but sort of kills the idea of camo!

Have you ever had the argument about “dot 44” helmet covers?

I’ve had plenty of arguments on German camo… 🙂

How did the paint set work for you?  Did you use straight from the pot, have to brighten the colors at all?

    Straight from the pot.

Only addition was a bit of brown ink to darken a couple of creases.

Mr. Picky is astonished at the patience and skill required to produce the camouflage pattern in this scale. Tremendous craftsmanship.

A nagging voice in the back of Mr. Picky’s head is saying “…but shouldn’t the Panzerfaust be Dunkelgelb?”

…or possbly Dunkelgrun, or a Dunkelgrun body with a Dunkelgelb warhead.

    All the best,

    John.

That occurred to me but then I thought, no, Piers must be right!
