3/94e Regiment de Ligne – Talavera

The 94e Regiment de Ligne spent their time during the Battle of Talavera acting as I Corps’ reserve atop the Cerro de Cascajal. That role didn’t come without cost seeing them lose 145 men during the two days of battle.

With this seventh regiment and twenty-first battalion completed, there remains only the three battalions of the 95e Ligne to complete the French order of battle.
