Does anyone make any figures suitable for female Goth warriors in the time of Aurelian? I was thinking in 28mm and 6mm.

In 28mm some of the Shieldmaiden’s from Annie at Bad Squiddo Games might fit the bill: https://badsquiddogames.com/

In 6mm can you actually tell boys and girls apart?

Sure, depending on the sculpt.  One of Baccus’s FPW generals has a monocle that you can see on the figure…but more particularly, dress, hair and facial hair definitely, maybe stature and physique (women normally have a different leg to body ratio, plus shorter arms and narrower shoulders).  I am absolutely not artistically inclined, but things which get emphasized on 28mm figures (face, bust) probably aren’t noticeable in 6mm.

And I used to think you were ok. 😉
