I’ve started work on my Americans for Battlegroup Overlord, firstly I’m working on armour, all Heroics and Ros with stowage from H+R, Perfect Six and some scratch sculpted bits. I still can’t master the macro setting on the camera so they’re a little fuzzy.

    A platoon of Sherman Tanks, 2x M4A1, 2x M4A3 and 1 M4A3 76mm

    An M4A1 Sherman Dozer

    An M4A3E8 “Easy Eight”

A M12 155mm SPG soon to be accompanied by its dedicated ammo carrier

    A platoon of M10 TDs

    C + C welcomed

Extra stowage always wins, plus now that I am playing a little World of Tanks, yay WWII tanks!!

    The terrain looks nice too.

Cheers AB, the extra stowage is all your fault, seeing all of the H+R stowage that you added to your sci fi tanks

I do think that stowage, decals, and all that jazz make a vehicle that little bit more personal and somehow a bit more real.

Either way, whatever the reasons, stowage ftw!

Do you just play microarmour, or do you also have infantry to back these monsters up?

Really nicely done. I’ve been interested in 6mm ww2 since ordering Panzer Korps recently.

    Thanks everyone

I’ve picked up a bunch of landing craft from Scotia Grendel for Overlord beach assault games, firstly I have practiced my ship colour on a LCI (late) that I couldn’t resist ordering at the same time event though it’s more suited to the Pacific and Far East

Still awaiting decals and crew but I quite like it, Scotia Micro-models are much nicer in person than they appear on their website, nice and inexpensive too

    C & C welcomed as usual
