ParticipantI decided to paint up some of my “not” tau from onslaught miniatures as a new faction fro my 6mm sci-fi skirmish campaign, a few pics on my blog here:http://ablogofwar.blogspot.co.uk/
(apologies for not inserting pics directly – my flickr account is playing up!)

ParticipantI really want to get some old West miniatures but there are very few specific cowboys. I want to use them for actual wild west and also my Firefly-esque Sci Fi universe.
I am also tempted to get a small collection of 6mm WW2 miniatures.

ParticipantYour miniatures are clearly based on coins. But are they just glued on? They look like there is some kind of gum attaching them. I just want to base my individual miniatures differently to how I am doing them. They are all textured right now, but I just want coloured bases to differentiate factions.

Participantthe irregular Posh Pack of Old West minis is an ideal starting point, you can also use some of AB’s as cowboys too and I think some CinC have the right look with the right paint scheme

Me neither, somehow managed to avoid it. Probably because I never finish doing things to what I have now. Thats just the one genre. Never seem to finish anything. Well, maybe a pack of biscuits, might finish that.
