[squees like a Japanese school girl at a Cheap Trick concert]

    Oh baby, oh boy!

    Three questions:

    1. What are the dimensions on these?
    2. When will we be able to buy them?
    3. Given their size, would you be able to, say, just slip them in a regular envelope and send them to me, in the hopes that I will avoid customs?

We get slapped around, but we have a good time!

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Yes, yes, a THOUSAND times yes!

Does this/might this/COULD this mean that we’ll see OKI frontier forts or Junker shantytowns at some point? Maybe on handy little bases for quick assembly of 3mm KR16 settlements?

    Give or take a mm:

    1: Cab = 20mm long x 7mm wide
    Pass / freight / flatbed = 25mm x 7mm wide

2: Need to tidy them up and then make a mould or two, then wait 7 days for it to be fully cured.
so about 2 weeks tops until they can be bought.

3: I can ship them in a jiffy/padded enveloped, a regular envelope could result in loss/damage.

Possibly on the OKI and other stuff, depends on print costs for the OKI stuff and on how well these sell.

    😉

Sounds like Mr Blanchette’s Christmases all just came at once! – and I don’t blame him……. for those of us who enjoy teeny-tiny goodness, this small development is very exciting……

Would love to see more along these lines, and can’t wait for some to be available to purchase…… Pretty please!

I can’t be sure at any point though, depends on two postal services and customs and all that.
Best I can do is let you know when they are ready to buy and if they are likely to get there in time…

    Nice Mike, very nice indeed.

What do you use for mold release, btw, when you do two part molds? I used to coat the mold’s surface with washing up liquid, letting it dry, but I am curious as to what other people do.

Never done a two part mould yet…
I would buy some official stuff from my resin people though, were I to make a two part mould.

Test cast straight from the mould:

Pleased how the detail is still very clear.

AB, I desperately want these. But since this post has started, my country has undergone a coup d’etat. My wife and I are under some degree of threat — most theoretical, still, but with literally every passing day the situation worsens.

No new mail order toys for me until things stabilize out a bit. 🙁

We get slapped around, but we have a good time!
