The next ship to be completed as part of my Spanish squadron of 1:700th models is the Montanes or Highlander, a 74-gun ship of the line who would give her name to the class of four ships that followed her launch in 1794.
The ship would start and end her naval career at war with the French, but would be in the thick of the fighting at Trafalgar in 1805.
