I don’t want to sound overly nationalistic, but what figure companies in the US are still operating? I like encouraging my hobby in my native country. I like avoiding paying 20% to 50% in shipping. But besides Old Glory 25s (with whom I have a love/hate relationship) and Good Ground/Cracker Line Miniatures, there simply aren’t many companies in the US making anything in which I’m interested. I tend to tinker in periods, purchase in drips and drabs. No one’s going to make a living from my purchases. International shipping isn’t too odious if you’re buying large lots, but for me they make absolutely no sense.
What’s a ‘merican ‘sposed to do iff’n they’s want’n hifalutin’ 25/28mm ancients?
Can anyone add to my list of American companies I can support? Or maybe even distributors who carry fairly large inventories? I need to strike while the fires of enthusiasm are hot and an extra bit of spare cash is on hand.

I also like Khurasan, but they are nearly 100% 15mm.

I’ve purchased from Scale Creep several times, though I didn’t realize Mark carried First Corps stuff. Hmmmm.
I think Sargent Major is down for the count. On Facebook he mentions he’s been having some health issues and it looks like the business is now for sale. I really liked the Vendel figures I got when it was still Vendel.
@Cerdic, is there a way to sort your comprehensive list by country or location? It’s a great list. I found several temptations. Oh, look, BTD Assyrians are on sale for the next 57 hours. SHINEY!Self taught, persistently behind the times, never up to date. AKA ~ jeff

Oh, I really hope these ranges will find a new home. I put off ordering from Sgt Major because they were outside Europe. Evidently I’ve now left it for too long
