A campaign is forming in my imagination, being fought on the desertified basin of what was once the Mediterranean Sea, between the forces of Anglojapan and the Continental Empire. Where did the idea come from? No idea. Suffice it to say, I’ve got a lot of 3mm “extras” and I want to use them!
So for starters, I have the beginnings of an Anglo-Japanese armored battalion. Base labels are ready and the minis are all primed, so once my work is done for the weekend I’m going to enjoy my Independence Day weekend by painting a little.
I’ve aped a combination of WH40K and NATO symbols for my base labels, and kept them way more minimal than my usual. And these are the units themselves. Rotated 90 degrees by the website for reasons I cannot explain.
I’m thinking of a sand/tan/yellow ochre color scheme for these.
A nice idea and the med isn’t short of contour maps 🙂
