I’m intrigued by some figures I saw for sale on eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/362233218875?ul_noapp=true Does anyone know what make these guys are?
They are being sold as 15mm but they look quite a lot bigger than that to me. There are a bunch of different sets on offer, mainly Napoleonic and World War 2. They appear to have small holes in the bottom of the feet, presumably so that can be pinned to a base, and I am guessing that the idea is that you bend the figures into the pose you want and then give them weapons.
I’m not planning to buy them, I’ve just never seen anything like them before and I was wondering when they date from.
Sorry, don’t know who they are by. They do remind me of something but I can’t think what – they seem to be a similar idea to Irregular Miniatures 42mm Deutsches Homage range where you bend the arms to hold weapons, etc.
