    Almost make me want to play 40k again.

    I’m deeply impressed. Something that self-serious could easily have fallen flat if it had been more amateurish, but as it is, it’s so superlatively stylish and well-produced that I loved every moment of it.

    Having not really kept track of 40K fluff for a long while, I didn’t recognise whatever bit of lore these videos were pertaining to. Not a problem, though. Worth a watch all the same.

    Upstartes! It reminds me of those “What you see” (the video) and “What everyone else sees” (my games never look anything like this, except in my head). Me, I still use my old beaky Marines and the ones from game out of the early 90’s (spider cannon, necrons and blue yellow and red marines, with a few mods). The 40K models have improved but Games Workshop, in general, has became much darker. I use a lot of Reaper Bones miniatures to add civilians and some balance (this is why we fight, we don’t always fight, etc).

    Have a great day, Foxtrot

    Since the whole project was supposed to be done by one guy, I’m most impressed by his multi-discipline, models, texture, sound, animation and story boarding.

    @Frank

    Which Bones minis do you use? I’m curious, how well fantasy mini fit with 40k minis.

    Tired is enough.
