Suffering at present from a bad back, I have put together a short blog post, listing some games that are handy for such moments, plus a Jigsaw solution!

Many years ago SPI published a number of what they called ‘Folio Games’. They were usually four games in a set based upon a single campaign using the same rules for each, a much smaller map than usual and a limited number of counters.  I never liked them much myself.  They also produced some ‘jokey’ titles as small games, my favourite being ‘The Creature that ate Sheboygan’ (I hope I’ve spelled that correctly?!).

Less enthusiasm, please. This is Britain.

The Napoleon’s Last Battles quad game is a classic (Ligny, Quatre Bras etc).  I still have it.
