We heard from some people who weren’t able to get into our other two Et sans résultat! games of Vitebsk and Smolensk at Little Wars next weekend so we spoke with the convention staff and have added a third game!

    Loubino (Valutino-Gora), 1812
Following the Battle of Smolensk, Murat and Ney have yet another opportunity to split the two Russian Armies at Loubino. Barclay de Tolly commits to a rearguard to hold back the French onslaught. If it can’t hold the 1st Western Army will be destroyed on the march and never reach Borodino. Junot’s Westphalians are in position to cut the Russians off, will they join the fight? Third in a series of three games from the campaign!

    Saturday evening at 6pm.

A detailed Overview of Et sans résultat! is available from our website. The scenario is from our Campaign Guide: Master of the World, 1812 in Russia and both will be available at the convention for purchase.

This game was added after the PEL so to get in you’ll need to get a ticket on Saturday from the convention staff. Tickets become available two hours before the game starts. If you’re interested in finding out more about ESR, this is a great way to check it out. The rules will be taught, and the scenario runs quite well.

You can see a lot of photos of when we ran it at Cold Wars in our ESR Gallery on our website.

    As Always,

    The Bandit
