    I bought his Divisional level WW2 game, and all the Day of Battle offerings (as the very solo friendly aspect of those rules attracted me) , but had some technical issues with the coupon and downloads.  Chris was extremely prompt, friendly and efficient in solving them.  Seems like a great fellow!
