Not sure whether to put this here, under VSF or 19th century!
My long awaited Kickstarter from CMON has just arrived and I put my initial thoughts and piccis of the contents on my blog https://grahamsgaming.blogspot.com/2022/10/cowboys-and-zombies-my-next-kickstarter.html

Are they suitable for painting? Seems like a fun little diversion.

I have Black Plague which is the medieval version and have the zombies all painted but swapped to the things before getting onto the hero’s and kickstarter bits. I nned to do the rest at some point. The game is good too and very easy to modify for smaller play by creating escape type missions and varying the number of spawn points.
Def a good candidate for speed/contrast paints to get a good variety of colours on in quick time.

I have almost everything that was released for 1st edition, and all of the 2nd ed. I found that 2nd ed. made the game easier, and so we play 1st ed. with 2nd ed. survivors because the sculpts are so much better.
I don’t keep track of the various CMON Kickstarters, and so I missed the Western theme, and the Marvel one. The Western one looks good, and I had a chance to buy a set from a Kickstarter profiteer, but I decided that enough is enough, and I’ll use my funds to continue to enhance my modern Zombicide.
I’m sure you’ll have a lot of fun with this.

The Zombicide fit in well with Artizan, a little taller than Dixon and Foundry, but so much as to look silly on the table.31/10/2022 at 19:02 #179719Steven FrancisParticipantLooks like some of th height difference is just the bases… Bulk up the older minis base and I think you will be good with this… Making me regret not buying in but I think one zombicide is enough in thr collection as there is not quite enough variety between teh games than the theme.
