16 Figures completed 2/3 the way through painting Cuirassier du Roy 1740ish using Spencer Smith Metal miniatures. Replaced the swords with 20mm veneer pins, I think it looks better. It certainly helps on the plastic figures.
A few more bits to touch up and 8 figures left to do, I love painting these figures.

Very nice, I’m so tempted to get some Spencer Smith and try my hand at painting them up.

Thanks for your kind comment Meic, they are not the best detailed but with a little bit of work in preparation and a smooth spray undercoat pays dividends, well worth the effort. They are not that expensive £1.50p a cavalry figure I think.
