Degastan and some thoughts about DBA and One Hour Wargames

I just had my first ever solo game of DBA: Degastan AD603 and I’ve mused a little on the relative virtues of DBA and One-Hour Wargames too. :  http://hereticalgaming.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/my-first-ever-games-of-dba.html

In a nutshell, I think I slightly prefer DBA, although that is as much a preference for what DBA is trying to do as a reflection on the rules considered in their own right.
