    Absolutely splendid!

    I will bet that is a 1/24 Airfix spit. Size looks about right. I built one (poorly) about 45 years ago. Thank you for sharing.

    My Spitfire’s no steenking 1/24 scale munchkin, this one’s a‘big boy’s’ toy… 1:18 scale!

    Back in the day you could pick these up for twenty quid at Toy Fairs, now they go for a couple of hundred each, on fleabay.

    Magnificent models made by 21st Century Toys.

    Oh yeah,  they were great! Sorry they went out of business. I have a couple of the big R/C Stuarts.

    And a mess of the 1/144 stuff. German tanks are a bit large,  but the Shermans fit well with Minifigs.

    A few of the 1/48 pieces too, come to think of it.
