ParticipantI’m back with a new offering from NWG, Fivecore pulp!
If looking for ancient artefacts and dodging deadly traps is your idea of a good time, this might be something for you.
Nyland Smith think that this must be the cave he’s been looking for..
Decidedly not natural. This might really be it.
The treasure! He was right! But what is that noise?
The Pirate Lord Jagar has found his way here as well, and he isn’t leaving without the treasure..
A firefight is soon in full swing.
The big pirate finally goes down, due to a sneaky hit from behind.
Forced to retreat, Jagar swears he’ll be back!I havea full AAR and some more pics on my blog:http://lasersandbroadswords.blogspot.se/2016/12/trying-out-fivecore-pulp.html
Thanks for looking!

ParticipantThat’s awesome!
Your 6mm stuff has me looking to do some 6mm Star Wars; my boy is definitely ‘in,’ I just need to figure out figures, particularly Storm Troopers.ย I’ve been looking at Darkest Star Games, they have some guys that may be passable as Storm/Clone troopers.
In any case, great stuff, looking forward to more.

ParticipantThanks for the review at the end of the AAR; FiveCore Pulp is on my Xmas wish list… although I will probably have to make it a present to myself ๐

ParticipantJack doing scifi?
I am in shock! For 6mm, I find that most any armoured guys can be painted white and black and will make good storm troopers.
GZG have a crazy selection and they are still decent quality.I really like the Darkest Star figures though they can be a touch on the skinny side, since they are proportioned more realistically.

ParticipantAnother cool looking AAR and another cool sounding game from NWG.
I’m actually realy tempted to buy this one but I think I’m going to stick it out till the new 5 parsecs comes out.
I’m hoping some of this pulpy goodness will bleed over into it and turn 5 parsecs into the ultimate not-firefly rules ๐

ParticipantI am tempted by this too. I like the idea but don’t have the miniatures or funds to sort myself out with miniatures for it.

ParticipantThis will have some influence on 5 Parsecs for sure.
I’m not super certain 5 Parsecs will happen in December, but we’ll see what Christmas wargaming miracles can happen.

MemberThe creative drive of 6mm skirmish gamers is really inspiring. I’m charmed by the idea of building a little dungeon/interior terrain set-up for 6mm, complete with furnishings. Good show!
