[poll question=’How many forums do you visit on a regular basis?’ answers=’0,1,2,3,4 plus’]

How many forums or sites where discussion takes place do you visit on what you would consider a regular basis?

How are you defining ‘regular’? đŸ™‚

Now my definition is at least every other day, YMMV.

    But the poll says :

“How many forums or sites where discussion takes place do you visit on what you would consider a regular basis?”

    So whatever you feel.

Hmm… I read three on a regular basis. But I only post to one of them. I voted three, but I’m only invested enough in one to participate.

Hmmm I meant just gaming but now I am not sure what other people considered…

You wrote ‘forums’, not ‘wargaming forums’. So I took it at face value as meaning all sorts.

I’m mildly curious: why do you want to know?

We have a thread that is talking about wargame mags that is alive at the moment.

    Historical gaming trend?

    And this.

Are you interested in where wargamers are going to get their wargaming fix?

Can we discuss blogs as well? Obviously, there are some good ones but I find most start off in a fever of activity & sink to, “Apologies that I haven’t updated the blog for the last 18 months…..”

Their other weakness (if that’s the word) is they are a monologue & not a conversation. That’s where forums such as this one come in. Of the three (mags, blogs &  forums), I prefer the latter.

No real motive to be honest, mildly curious, making conversation and someone mentioned offline that polls are fun.

You can mention blogs, though I was more curious about conventional forums, but fire away.

I only visit one forum (TWW) regularly. I used to visit a lot more, but I have lost interest in most other forums for a variety of reasons (topics, personality of contributors, wargaming ennui, etc).

Never argue with an idiot. They'll only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

TWW is my only Wargaming Forum. I occasionally drop into LAF, The Guild, or TMP, but I don’t have an account.

I visit a couple of specific company related forums, (Pendraken and Kallistra websites) and I actively participate here and at LAF. I am a blogger so spend quite a bit of time travelling around the blogosphere and follow some very good blogs. I am looking for good moderation, a friendly crowd and creativity.

TWW, Pendraken, The Guild and Honours of War are ones that I visit several times a day. Like Norm, I follow quite a few good Blogs and echo his desire for moderation, friendly crowd etc.

I assumed you meant subforums within TWW. As far as wargaming & military history go, it’s just TWW & WW2Talk.
