My first unit for Wars of Orcs and Dwarves – a Frost Ogre Regiment!

Never come across Frost Ogres (bald Yeti?) but I like the result 🙂 Many years ago, GW released a variation on goblins and they had frost goblins.
Like you I have been surprised by the colours of some of the GW paints and found I’m looking on their site before getting new ones now – I should keep sample strips but would just misplace them!
Clever idea using the blog to remember the paints you use – I’ve just gone through an old box of bits and found a pile of paint steps for figures I’ve not owned for 8+ years – some of them I’m sure where for figures where the company no longer exists!
Hmm, bald yeti – like that too.
Yeah, paint swatches help but are cumberome. I do have a master list of all of my contrast and speed paints with swatches – that helps.
Thanks for checking them out and the kind feedback.

I am glad you are enjoying Wars of Orcs and Dwarves. Folks who have tried the game seem to like it quite a bit. As it was designed to allow you to bring whatever armies you have, it is easy for folks who enjoy fantasy games to give them a try.
